Move them yourself

Three ways to put an agent where you want them.

Drag

Click and hold an agent, drag to a new desk or zone, release. The agent snaps to the spot. Useful for rearranging seating.

If you drop on an occupied desk, Cubicle swaps the two agents.

Send to seat

Right-click an agent → "Send to seat". The agent walks back to its assigned desk. Faster than dragging when an agent is off in the pantry.

The cubicle tool

Agents can also move themselves via the Cubicle tool:

cubicle('move desk')

Useful inside agent prompts ("take a break in the lounge after finishing"). Calls during a meeting are rejected — the agent stays in the meeting room until it ends.
