Right-click menu

Right-click an agent — same menu in the office and in the sidebar.

Items

• Open chat — focus the chat sidebar on this agent.
• Profile — open the profile editor. See Profile editing.
• Memory — open the memory file browser. See Memory.
• Files — open the desk.
• Schedules — list and edit recurring schedules for this agent. See Recurring schedules.
• Meetings — meetings the agent attends.
• Send to seat — walk the agent back to its desk.
• Reset session — start a new session, summary prepended. See One agent, one session.
• Fire — remove the agent and free the desk. Confirms first. Memory and files are deleted.

Where it works

• In the office, right-click the avatar.
• In the team sidebar, right-click the agent's row.

Both menus are the same. Pick whichever is closer to your cursor.

Tip

"Send to seat" + "Reset session" together is a common reset combo when you're starting a new conversation context with an agent.
